- Be grateful reflect on everything you appreciate in your life no matter how small they seem
- Book a vacation for the future gives you excitement and anticipation
- Make plans with an old friend youve been meaning to see them, wouldnt it be great?
- Immerse yourself in a goodbook just get lost in anothers story
- Watch funny YouTube videos/movie – have a real LOL!
- Play a fun game find some friends or family and get into something
- Send someone a thank you email telling someone you appreciate them is everything
- Book a weekend getaway yes! Get out of here for a weekend, sign me up!
- Go for a walk outside get things moving! feels good, releases serotonin, the happiness hormone
- Give someone a hug feels good, releases oxytocin, the love hormone
- Pet your dog/cat they are so cute, also releases oxytocin the love hormone
- Clean out a drawer or closet be productive, that feels powerful
- Text a funny picture to all your friends youll give and receive giggles
- Tell someone how awesome they are make someone elses day, in turn makes you feel good
- Reflect on your favorite time in life ah wasnt that such a great moment
- Put on your favorite outfit just do it and go everywhere in it, stop saving it for that special time
- Dance – just do it wherever you are in your underwear if you can
- Visit someone who has a small child or baby or play with your own how cute are children?
- Tell someone you love them anyone, you must love someone, family, friend, lover
- Have Sex with yourself or someone you love yeah I said it
- Write yourself a love letter if you dont love you, who else will, you are awesome
- YouTube some exercise video and do it easier when someone tells you what to do
- Get in the sun yes warm sun on face, thank you
- Give to your body! Massage, mani/pedi, get your hair done, do yoga even you guys mood shift=refreshing!
- Buy yourself a gift retail therapy
- Buy someone else a gift and surprise them with it aww how sweet
- Go to the beach or watch a movie that takes place on a beach whats better than the beach?
- Eat your favorite pig out food you know you have one, enjoy it, nom nom
- Listen to someone elses problems might give you perspective on yours, good to help others
- Volunteer food drive, old people home, pet/children place be a do gooder!
- Write down everything you love about your life everything and post it on your wall
- Smile! turn up the corners of your mouth, you cannot feel bad while you do that
- Decide not to feel bad anymore yeah, just announce that you wont feel that way anymore, change your mind, just like that
